We are high, middle and lower income people that must be vigilant at all times to assure that our earnings and life savings are secure.  Under today’s political climate everything including countries are subject to be tried in court and sacrificed for self-centered egos.  Today its pensions. Tomorrow it may be bank accounts, stock holdings, the fresh water we drink or the good air we breathe.  Democracy is just a word or a tool to be used when needed.  Contracts are only as sound as the amount of money needed to make them secure or the strength of the force be it political or military to make them enforceable.

 

As people who face or may face the loss of an income supposedly protected by a contract guaranteed under law we must step forward to protect our assets from being forfeited.  Debtors that habitually defalcate their fiduciary responsibilities without fear of reprisal are using courts of law to prey upon defenseless people.  The only thing they recognize and respect is money or a  force greater than theirs.
